In the state of Kentucky, the city of Lebanon Junction lies in Bullitt County. The city is home to a population of 1,813 people and is positioned on a total area of 5.8 square miles of which 0.1 square miles is water. The Interstate 65 passes through the city of Lebanon Junction and connects it Shepherdsville, Elizabethtown, and Louisville.

The town was developed as a railroad community at a point where the Louisville and Nashville railroad came to a split and led to the Lebanon Branch. The area of Lebanon Junction was formally incorporated as a city in 1895 and despite the fire of 1912, the city continued to prosper and rebuild its business district. By the end of the year, the city was on the way to steady growth and development.

The educational institutes in the town are far spaced but are doing well at bringing the community youth together for events. You can visit local events and occasions with the residents of the town to have an engaging and interactive experience. For some peace and solace, you can visit the public library which is part of Bullitt County’s Public Library System.

The small town of Lebanon Junction has the means to satisfy a big appetite. Local eateries such as Rick’s Bar and Grill that serves delicious meals that are affordable as well. The climate of Lebanon Junction is fairly warm with the occasional exceptions of July and January where temperatures rise and fall to a high extent respectively.
